We are a family-run guesthouse with native English, Chinese, and Tagalog speakers. We live on the same floor and monitor the guesthouse with security surveillance cameras. Each room has a lock, entrance to the reception requires a keycard, and entrance to the building after 11pm requires a key.
You'll have your own private room with an attached private bathroom (toilet and shower). This is a perfect homebase for sightseeing and adventurous travelers.

Look, we want to be real with you and manage your expectations, so we acknowledge that the rooms are cozy (but it's plenty of room if you just need a home base) and that our beds are on the firmer side (so we've been told!). Our single bed fits 1 adult and let me emphasize that there is no way you can squeeze an extra body on it!
Please also understand that we run this guesthouse ourselves and do not have all the 'bells and whistles' as a full-service hotel! Before you check in, we fully clean the rooms and bathrooms, change the linens, give fresh towels, empty the trash, etc. but we do not do this during your stay.

Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Majestic7Guesthouse. We look forward to your stay. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
Deposit: In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit is required. This deposit is 30% of your total reservation or the cost of the first night (whichever is larger). This deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Payment: The remaining balance is payable on arrival. CASH is preferred; however, we accept Visa / Mastercard but credit cards incur 3.5% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 29 days or less prior to arrival, your deposit is not refundable. Refunds are processed within 2 weeks of your original check-in date.
No Shows: If you fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of your reservation and no refund will be granted.
Check-in: Check-in is from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. If you want to check-in after 9:00 pm, you MUST provide your ETA and flight number so we can wait for you. Failure to make prior arrangements will result in a ‘no show’ status.
Check-out: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11AM on the day of departure.
Capacity: Each room has a max capacity and there is no room to accommodate extra beds. If a child (over 3 years old) is sharing your bed, you may be charged an additional fee per night. Please contact us ASAP.
Children: Children under 3 years-old are NOT allowed. No exceptions. A guest who brings a child (3 year old and above) takes full responsibility over the safety, well-being and noise-level of the child. Limit 1 child per room. Children over 10 years-old requires their own bed and s/he counts towards the maximum capacity of the room. Majestic7Guesthouse takes no responsibility over the safety of the child and reserves right to evict you (without refund) if your child causes a disturbance to other guests.
Damage: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Keys: There is no curfew however, the building’s outer door requires a key from 11pm-6am daily. If you forget your key, we cannot guarantee entrance to Majestic7Guesthouse.
Internet Access: We provide fast and free wireless access internet.
No Smoking: Cigarettes and electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed. All public areas and guest bedrooms inside the building are non-smoking. Should we find that you smoked in your room, a charge of HK$500 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
Visitors: No visitors after 11:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Right to Refuse Service: Majestic7Guesthouse is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that violates our house rules. We have a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our guesthouse or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the owners for the operation and management of Majectic7Guesthouse. We will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room; seeks to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel an unlawfully possessed firearm (including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons); destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to Majestic7Guesthouse property or guests; refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Majestic7Guesthouse for the operation and management of our guesthouse.
